Compensation

AMAZING TEAM-BASED comp plan!

 

Commission:

No sales quotas

Artists make between 20% and 40% commission on Personal Retail Sales.

The more you sell, the more you make.

Management & Executive Bonuses:

Management Bonus structure pays 10% on enrollees first $1,000 Retail plus 10% wholesale

Executive Bonus structure pays an additional 2% on entire central team and 3% through 3 Senior Director Generations!!

 

Senior Director or above includes a Lifestyle Bonus of $250 -$750 a month!!

 

Leg based program

Never lose downline.

Never lose downline volume– Promote leaders up not out (other DS companies have a “move out” structure. Once one of your leaders promote they “move out” with their team and you lose that volume & commission.

 

Never lose title – Once you hit your maintenance you are paid at your title.

 

Earn 1 Vacation month every 12 months

 

Team Leaders and above are eligible for Strategic Placement Option (the ability to place anyone you sign anywhere in your team to assist in promotions and structure)

 

Easy to maintain rank with monthly maintenance qualifications (ex. Director qualifications are 2 IAs, 2 TBs, 1 TL and $25,000 group volume. Maintenance to be paid as a director is achieve the same structure OR $15,000 group volume)

 

Personal retail volume requirement DOES NOT increase with rank advancement (Other DS once you promote higher in the comp plan your monthly maintenance requirement goes up.
