My name is Shandi Johnson and I am a stay at home mom of two young boys who keep me very busy! I grew up on the beautiful Island of Cape Breton, Nova Scotia where the ocean was literally in my back yard.
15 years ago I made the move to Ontario and I now live in Oakville, Ontario with my two boys and wonderful Husband.
I was in the Canadian Military for 2 years serving as an infantry soldier and attended Humber College to become a Police officer. After 2 years I realized that this was not the career that I wanted and I was left feeling lost and unsure where to go or what I wanted to do with my life. I ended up getting into the catering business where I worked very long crazy hours.

I love that I am an entrepreneur with the flexibility to make my own schedule, doing something I love. I have the freedom to spend time with my children, go to their events and just be with them when they need me. The best part of all, is I am financially better off now than I ever have been and I make people healthy and much sexier!!. This simply is the best career choice I have ever made!

After I had my children I decided to be a stay at home mom so that I could spend more time with them and also save money on childcare.
